  • Kick things off with coaching calls for your admin and support staff, plus a private session with you, the team leader. Together, we’ll map out systems, structure, and expectations before the locker room doors even open.

  • Weekly live coaching calls with me, Coach O, where we’ll dive into mindset, planning, lead gen, accountability, and culture building.

    During this time, your team will also complete the Stop Making Sales Weird online course, because learning doesn’t stop when the coach steps off the field.

  • Celebrate the wins! We’ll wrap with a graduation ceremony and VIP dinner that cements the progress, rewards consistency, and gives your team the momentum to keep winning long after the season is over.
